Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Priority Mail from the US Post Office unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 2-3 business days.

Jewelry
General Care
Be careful and avoid exposure to perfumes, hair products, lotions, soaps, oils and household chemicals. Always remove jewelry before exercising, cleaning, showing and swimming.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver can be cleaned with a sterling silver polishing cloth. Avoid chlorine water and rubbing with paper products, which can scratch the silver. Store pieces in a cool dry place away from light and air to prevent excess tarnishing. We recommend using a sterling silver specific liquid jewelry cleaner. For pieces containing stones, pearls and crystals, we recommend using the polishing cloth only, or a mild cleanser that is safe for precious stones.
For your convenience, we have both sterling silver and stone / pearl safe polishing cloths and liquid cleaner available for purchase at the store.
Caring for Plated Jewelry
Due to the nature of plated jewelry we suggest following these guidelines to maintain your piece.
Scented products such as perfumes, colognes and lotions contain chemicals that can react with plating and discolor or fade jewelry. Body chemistry and moisture can also effect a plated piece – a high skin PH balance will greatly speed up wear on a plated item.
Plated jewelry should never be worn during activities that involve water such as showering or pool/beach activities as chlorine and salt water will effect plating. When removing jewelry for these purposes be sure to store in a dry area. Friction or contact with a hard surface can produce scratches or wear to the piece.
If necessary, use warm water with a mild, fragrance-free soap to clean plated items. Gently pat dry with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth. Most jewelry cleaners contain chemical elements that will slowly wear and fade plating over time.
Following these steps will help ensure the longevity of your jewelry!

All deepfling, jewelry sold comes with a an organza bag or special box. Use these items to store your jewelry when not being worn.

We do our very best to keep you loving and wearing your jewelry. Most all of our jewelry comes with a 1year Manufacture Warranty for all manufacture defects. Sometimes our favorites take on a little more wear and tear and need a little TLC, we are always happy to help, just reach out to us via email for specific needs.
We also offer a complimentary cleaning anytime. Feel free to visit us - we can usually accommodate most cleanings in a short amount of time.
