HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Update for COVID-19 Closure:  We are working hard to get your orders out as fast as possible, but there may be a delay in processing time due to COVID-19. Thank you so much for your support and understanding during this time. Orders will generally be received within 7 - 10 business days if delayed. 

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail from the US Post Office. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 2-3 business days.

CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately at this time we are no longer doing international orders.

CAN YOU GIFT BOX MY ORDER?

Our pleasure! We offer complimentary gift wrapping upon request. If you are shipping a gift directly to the recipient, please make a note of this in the comment section of your cart and we will send your package ready for gift giving.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Simply login and check the status of your order under the "My Account" link.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You are charged at time your order is place. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
